Hot Foil Labels

Self Adhesive Hot Foil Labels

We provide a self adhesive labelling service that is second to none. From initial contact to the delivery of your printed hot foil labels, we do everything possible to make dealing with us a pleasant experience. With a variety of print processes on offer we can reproduce almost any label. Below are some of the types of printed labels we are able to supply:

Consecutive Numbering and Consecutive Barcoding

For retail use or for security numbering. Can be laminated for added protection. These labels can be produced on various materials including tamper evident paper and ultra indestructible vinyl.

Synthetic Labels (vinyls etc)

Clear Vinyl - effective when labelling onto clear packaging. Allows information to be shown without intruding on the product. It also saves money by not needing to match to Pantone shades as the base colour of the product is seen through the label.

White & Coloured Vinyl - where a more durable label is required. They can be overlaminated for greater protection against cleaning chemicals and the elements. Used on all types of equipment to give instructions such as on alarm covers to advertise company details.

Split-Laminated Labels

Primarily designed so that they can be taken on-site. Used as an added security measure so that information that is written on cannot be changed without destroying the label. Iinformation is written on the label and the laminate is then applied to instantly protect it after the backing material is removed. This type of label is now used in many industries for various applications, eg. hospitals, garages, electrical work and safety inspections.

Embossed Labels

A technique that raises specific areas of the substrate so that there is a design standing proud on the surface. This can either be done blind (ie. without print) or printed. Embossing greatly enhances labels by creating a 3D effect that, when combined with print, produces a very impressive label.

Domed Labels

A resin put on top of each label acts as a lens and enhances the overall appearance of the label. Domes are used extensively to enhance machinery and promotional products.
